The menopause is a period of life that ALL women will go through and whilst it can be a tumultuous time for many women, there are things we can do to help ourselves.
On average we spend a third to a half of our lives post menopause, so we need to embrace this as a time for us to decide who we want to be for the rest of our lives and make plans for how we can achieve it – this may mean lifestyle changes need to be made to help ensure that we transition through to healthy ageing.
We often associate ‘change’ as being a negative thing and it can take time to even get to the point of recognising a change could be beneficial, it is rarely straightforward and it can be easy to deny that a change is even needed.
Therefore, there may be times when we may need a little bit of extra support and choosing reflexology can be a wonderful way to help.
