A plethora of factors impact fertility and whilst reproductive reflexology cannot claim to cure any particular condition, it works by balancing all body systems, in particular the endocrine system, and has proven very effective in doing so.
I’m a full member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexology and have taken the necessary additional training in the area of Reproflexology at Seren Fertility Clinic, in order to provide an expert platform to offer help with an array of reproductive conditions and to also work alongside the medical profession to provide a clear understanding of what treatments are available
and to work to enhance these processes.
I work by gathering as much information as possible, including demographics, lifestyle, past medical history, any blood test results, semen analyses results etc in order to help my clients. In addition to offering fertility reflexology, I provide support on understanding the fertility processes, nutrition advice and charting your cycle, all of which are integral for the treatment journey.
My clients often continue with maternity reflexology well into their pregnancy.
Reflexology during this time can have an array of benefits such as increased state of relaxation coupled with an increase in energy levels, reduced stress related symptoms and increased sense of wellbeing. Most women also sleep well following a treatment. Furthermore, a course of treatments during pregnancy can help with constipation, headaches, backache and symphasis pubis pain.
” I visited Kate for an extended period with a view to boosting our chances of conception. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the treatments. I revisited during my pregnancy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services ”
” I had induction reflexology and I went into labour the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable ”
